Jen + Chris

Updated: Jun 10, 2019

I met Jen and Chris back in February at Steve and Sandra's wedding in Pleasanton, CA. Three days later, I received an inquiry from Jen for her own wedding in July and within a couple of days, we were hired to provide the photo booth services. Here's what Jen said in her email:

Hi there! This is Jen & Chris, we met you guys on Saturday at Sandra & Steve's wedding. We mentioned that we're getting married in July and are looking to book a photo booth vendor. We loved your setup, quality of pictures & most of all the great service! I was wondering what background options you have available? Looking forward to next steps! 🙂

Throwback to Sandra and Steve's Wedding in February

Working with Jen and Chris was a breeze! They knew exactly what they wanted to have for their wedding and we turned around a postcard design that matched their Save The Dates perfectly. When I was discussing the theme and colors for their wedding, I knew I had to get a custom backdrop that would fit their concept the best. Within a few weeks, we introduced our Sunset backdrop as part of our selection.

So on a warm and beautiful day at the Peacock Gap Country Club located in San Rafael, 25 miles north of San Francisco in the heart of Marin County, Jen and Chris exchanged their vows of forever in front of friends and family.

The wedding was amazing and kudos to the couple for the late night snack of tacos and frescas. Wow! I swear, I could have had the entire jug of fresca all to myself. Oh and not to be left out, Nikki and I had some carne asada tacos. Taqueria Leon was the bomb! Check them out here .

The booth rocked the evening with custom speech clouds requested by the couple along with props they brought to the event. One of the best things about referral clients is that you get to see and meet familiar faces from the previous event. Tonight, we got to see Wes aka the Ramen Dude from Sandra and Steve's wedding. We also got to see Sandra and Steve and even got to take a photo with them at the booth. It was so nice hearing how they were doing and how married life was treating them. They're such a fun couple to be around and I'm glad that we've become friends over the past few months.

Our humble booth has taken so many incredible and amazing photos over the past several years but nothing tugs at the heart when the grandparents take part in the fun. Here's the couple with Chris' grandmother. I had a chance to chat with her on the side and she said she's too old for all of these kids stuff. I looked at her and said “never”.

We had a great time celebrating our big day with you there. All of our guests commented what an amazing time they had at the photo booth. Hope you also had a great time with our guests as well!

Check out the sample photos below. Y'all can see how crazy and fun it was at the booth tonight. We definitely had an amazing evening and made some new friends along the way.
