Have you ever been in a position where you upgraded your booth software only to realize there are a lot of bugs that causing issues running your booth? Hopefully you updated with plenty of time to test it out unlike others who "accidentally" updated their apps only to realize they have issues to deal with later on. And we all know what happens next...

What's proven and tested?
Find a solid version of Social Booth that other boothers have used with great success. As of this writing, we are using Social Booth v2.5.6
De-authorize:
This is one of the critical things you need to do prior to uninstalling the software. You'll nee to de-authorize the machine first. Failure to do so and uninstalling the program will make it appear that one of your licenses is still being used and currently registered.
If you purchased Social Booth direct from Photo Booth Solutions, you can register two machines. If you purchased your booth with the software pre-installed like the PBSCO's Legacy Booth, then you only have one copy.
Uninstall:
Once the machine is de-authorized, you can now proceed to uninstall the program from your machine. Hopefully you know how to do this, if you don't, no worries. It's pretty easy. Just follow the steps below:
Open the Start menu.
Click Settings.
Click System on the Settings menu.
Select Apps & features from the left pane.
Select Social Booth.
Click the Uninstall button that appears.
Search the Archives:
Once the program is uninstalled, search the online archive directory for your stable version of the program. We currently use 2.5.6 on all of our booths.
Install as usual:
Once you have the version downloaded, you can install it using the credentials you set aside before you started.
